Why is my account suspended? Print

Accounts are normally suspended due to any of the following reasons:

1. Canceled Paypal subscription or 2Checkout recurring order
2. Billing issue
3. Spamming / Phish site
4. Abuse complaints

Suspended Accounts (Canceled subscription)
When you open a hosting account with us, a Paypal subscription may be automatically created. Please note that your account may be automatically suspended by our billing system when you cancel a Paypal subscription. Please do contact us if you wish to get the recurring order or subscription canceled so we can ensure that your hosting account will remain active for the duration of your account cycle. Kindly contact us for further support and/or clarification regarding your Paypal subscription/s.

Suspended Accounts (Mail-in or Direct Deposit)
Send email to support@bigbytes.net to request for billing information update. You may either settle your account by direct deposit or convert your payment method to Paypal.

NOTE:
Please be advised that suspended accounts may not be automatically re-activated. Thus, if your account has been suspended and you have made your payment already, please send email to support@bigbytes.net to advice us about it. We'll, then, manually reactivate your account as soon as your payment has been verified.
