- We provide direct technical support only to you
- We provide billing arrangements only to you
- We provide online support and documentation to you which will help you support your clients

Reseller responsibilities:
- You will provide and domain name registration or transfers, if you choose to offer that service.
- You provide direct billing to your customers and handle any collection issues
- You provide direct technical support to your customers
- You and your clients must also adhere to BigBytes.Net's Hosting Policies.
